Material and Laydown yard management

At SLE, we have a great deal of experience receiving, organizing and managing material. We also understand the pitfalls of receiving damaged material, switches without hardware, cable reels that wont test out and of course expediting material.

Rest assured that we can organize the pole yard to accommodate the sequence of construction, repackage pole specific hardware pallets, that are loaded with ground connections, dead-end bodies, susp. assy's and pole numbers.

We can perform testing on the fiber reels at the laydown yard prior to issuance, document the condition and storage of galvanized poles, check the engineered structure drawings against the delivered pole's and many other tasks, placing the communication of material shortages and status at the top of the list with daily reports. 

This will ensure that the project stays on schedule and the crews onsite are active from the day of mobilization until completion by limiting any material delays. 

The day of the successful bidding contractor arriving at stores to find the material request (M.R.) that was supposed to filled is only partially complete should be coming to an end. 

Let us receive, organize and  securely store the material at the laydown yard prior to the contractors mobilization. That will give us time to expedite material when necessary and/or submit sourced alternatives for approval. Ensuring that your life is made simpler by not having to manage material, you can focus on the other things that matter, such as cash flows, I.S.D's., H.R.E's, etc.

Instead of the typical "all is well" email. Photographic documentation of each part is provided by material request number, easily cataloged in Procore software. All material communication is handled through procore utilizing their R.F.I. program to track, escalate and close out issues.
